May 1-7th 2022, Typical stereotype everything convenience store. Bit disorganized. Tight to get stuff. But they probably have what your looking for, if you can see it. I needed distilled water. Staff while I was in there was OK. 3 different people. Only three stars, cause it needs a good tidy up.

Great little family owned business. The folks are always friendly and more than eager to please. Once they get to know you and your purchasing needs are known, they will accommodate you by always having them on hand. Great coffee and great people!

Outdated, overpriced products, and unfriendly... constantly eyeing you, but not offering to help you.<2015Update: July 6th 2017, I went in for a cup of coffee in the morning before work- Kanda store has a selection of regular, dark, amazonia, and decaf. I like dark for flavour and I use a small amount of sugar and milk. The Amazonia mild/medium pot was out. After preparing my 21 ounce travel mug, tasted very weak like watered down, no flavour like decaf. I told the owner, i can't drink it like this, if i could dump it somewhere and try another cup; he said outside (so, no sink in store?) In his disgust, he took the pot out, and switched with pot that had been brewed under machine. So, i tried that one but this time i only poured halfway into my mug (I'm not wasteful), again it was weak, u know weak coffee becomes much brighter when mixed creme? But i used milk because i don't like creme displacing the taste of coffee. Well, i told they guy that i just can't drink it, I'm sorry

Very dishonest woman working in the morning on Feb 4th,2022. Bought two different chocolate bars and she charged me for whatever chocolate with the highest chocolate price possible (not what I bought at all). Also i needed to demand a receipt.

No prices are posted and everything is way over priced. I bought a 9$ pint of icecream and it was so freezer burnt there were big ice chunks and was barely edible. I went back to get a newer one and the young man happily replaced it for me but the one I got was more freezer burnt. I wouldn't care so much if the prices were more fair, I just want to get my money's worth. 9$ for 500ml of icecream I expect smooth creamy goodness, not gritty and freezer flavoured.

This place is the best! They have delicious pastries, and they stock a bit of egg nog over the winter holidays. Super nice people and excellent service.
